This _not_ part of the IPdb. It relates to the group edit functionality. As with recent postings by others blaming unrelated problems to RCS, ...suggesting that this is an IPdb problem can be very confusing for others including new technical volunteers who may assume that attributing the problem to this functionality is correct. Even within a particular functionality it is generally more valuable (quicker response, more credible etc...) to report all symptoms including, as Michael noted, the actual error messages than it is to guess at the root of the problem. david potter On Fri, 13 Oct 2000, Andrew D.
