Certainly not! 

Unfortunately, I followed the directions given me by the NSRA and deleted
all of their files. 

Some nanoseconds later, I realized that keeping the start page and
converting it to a re-direct would have been a better idea. I had hoped to
get it done before anyone noticed. It is done now.

Done - apparently works!
