Hi Chris... This looks really good. This type/degree of use of the welcome
page is what was desired when the work was started.

I'm particularly pleased that you've taken the basic functionality and
moved it forward... the link to previous featured IP's is a great
addition and something that I hadn't thought about... maybe we should look
at this apporach for the UserHelp Tips...
