Hi John. Getting the CASLE account sorted is a straightforward process - complete the Neighbourhood Account Agreement, which you can find here: http://www.chebucto.ns.ca/Services/n_agree.html and if CASLE has an annual budget under $1000 and no paid staff, then include a letter to that effect with the completed Neighbourhood Account Agreement and Chebucto will waive the fees for a Non-Profit Basic account. If CASLE has an annual budget over $1000 or has paid staff, then include payment with the Neighbourhood Account Agreement for either $50 for a Non-Profit Basic account or $125 for a Non-Profit Premium account. The features for each type of account are here: http://www.chebucto.ns.ca/Services/nbor.shtml Now on the CASLE Neighbourhood Account Agreement, several of the Website Details have already been established. Here they are. The rest of the Neighbourhood Account Agreement would need to be filled in. Please note that you cannot use 'casle' as the Edit/admin account name as it has already been used as the mailing list name. We would need to remove the mailing list if you did want casle as the Edit/admin account name. Subject Index = Education Website Directory Name = CASLE Mailing list Name = casle As to the concern about the site, after years of trouble free hosting we are not about to erase it before sorting out the agreement with you.
