Hi Mike, could you or the appropriate area editor look after this request. Thanks. Doug ----- Forwarded message from jerry <jerry@uwaterloo.ca> ----- Date: Tue, 12 Sep 2000 12:29:19 -0400 From: jerry <jerry@uwaterloo.ca> Reply-To: jerry <jerry@uwaterloo.ca> Subject: directory To: userhelp@chebucto.ns.ca The Canadian Orchid Congress and the Orchid Society of Nova Scotia web pages were orginally set up by Steve Saunders in the same directory /Recreation/OrchidSNS. I have the account ay304 which I use to support the COC pages. Another person will support the OSNS pages. At this point I would like to move the COC files into a different location to be accessed separately from the OSNS files. It cuts confusion of ownership. Can you create for me a directory /Recreation/COC with web access, a pointer from ay304 and write permissions for ay304 only. I think I am asking for the right thing based on how I think you have it all structured. It would help if we could have our own web address. I asked at one time and the cost was quite high. I would like to know if anything has changed on that front. Thanks. -- _________________________________________________________________ Jerry Bolce email: jerry@uwaterloo.ca The Orchid House - http://retirees.uwaterloo.ca/~jerry/orchids/ COOS - http://retirees.uwaterloo.ca/~jerry/orchids/coos.html ----- End forwarded message ----- --------------------------------------------------------------- This mail was sent through the Nova Scotia Provincial Server, with technical resources provided by Chebucto Community Net. http://nsaccess.ns.ca/mail/ http://www.chebucto.ns.ca/
