Leo;
	I mentioned at the IP meeting that I was going to replace that
banner sometime this week, it only happends that i only got around to it
today. Members at the meeting (Yourself included) didn't object to me
saying that i was going to find a better and more clearer
alternative (index3.html). I guess since i've been overthrown on this
after i was under the assumpsion that the Editor in cheif was running the
banner add's, main page et all (including the web cam). I will
agree to step down on this matter as i guess it is no longer my
department, as i was led to believe.

	If someone has a Picture/Add for the Webcam site that they would
like placed on the Main CCN Homepage please let me know and i'll arrange
uploading it. If soneone would like to take over looking after and
booking banner adds on the main page and other pages (office/andrew/leo?)
could they please let me know.
