Well, the liasison editors wouldhave to update it anyway, wouldnt they? But you say there just topics - they look like cut and paste from the lower pages. Yahoo, for example has on there main page, 2-4 sublinks under the main catagories. I dont know how they decide on them, there not all inclusive, there proably the most popular, and might rotate (but I could be confusing rotation with updating...)
