Aha, this explains the confusion about the IP Agreement (having been
received or not) since I had checked the info in ip-1599 (which did not
record its receipt). In any event, I've turfed the latter entry (since its
both redundant and confusing). This duplicate entry is somewhat
symptomatic of the progress of this IP (i.e. Brad has been confused about
just about everything possible throughout the process ;->).
