One note regarding your index page, however. Chebucto Community
Network emphasizes ease-of-access for users who do not have graphical
browsers. Currently, users on the CCN system who come to your
homepage are treated with links to the header/body/nav, plus a
message advising them to download a newer browser.
Consider redesigning the index page to redirect text-only users to an
alternate text-only homepage which is more welcoming (this can be
done easily, and automatically). If you need assistance with this,
contact me.
