Roger: I've just figured this all out: what a nest of errors.

1) In the edit group ip-1415 he had been listed under his previous login
ad001 which has been superceded by his custom user login jpg. For some
reason the IPDB didn't pick up this change (it usually has in the past;
has anything changed there?) so when Mark chacked the entry in the User
DB:

http://www.chebucto.ns.ca/cgi-cnbin/dbinfo?DB=namedb&LOGIN=ad001

He saw:
                            User Information ad001
                                     ERROR
   No record for account ad001. Account suspended: CUSTOM ad001 jpg

;-> I've rectified all this.

2) For some curious reason J.P. Galipeault has a (incorrect) mailto link
on the home page for the CMHA which reads:

EMail <A
HREF="mailto:@chebucto.ns.ca">cmhadart@chebucto.ns.ca</A>

This will, of course, not work at all (HTML coding error) and it also has
the erroneous ml-priv listname cmhadart (which does not exist), further
putting Mark off the track. ;->

I'll EMail J.P. and get him to make the change. 

Curiously further along on the page he has:

<A HREF="mailto:cmhans@chebuco.ns.ca"><IMG SRC="../../icons/contacts.gif"
ALT="[Contacts]"></A>&nbsp;

Which is correct. ;->
