Hi all,

   Michael Smith, our sysadmin temporarily fixed the problem by creating
room on the /info directory tree disk which had filled up, causing the
editing problem.  He said he would be further cleaning up materials to
ensure it continues to work.  I've copied this to him as a reminder.
