Hi Chris, Search-user only finds accounts that have a Profile.html or possibly other files in their public_html folder. But here's the catch: the Profile.html file (and its folder if necessary) are only created on first login; and thereafter indexed when the index robot runs (overnight?) Since the accounts in question had never been used, there was no entry for the search routine to find :-( If you know the login id(s) (az210, az260, az285, in this case) you could try putting those in the to or cc field of a mail message, and see if Pine responds by putting in the full name when moving off the address line. The necessary information for this lookup goes into the system when the account is activated by the office. I'm not sure if the IPdb Tool can look up names that are not previously in the IP database, but that is as close to being able to search the namedb as you can get with the editors' access privilege set. Perhaps finger would reveal something though, as it can search based on name or account. Otherwise, one needs one of the search tools that the office uses to lookup names in the namedb.
