I just did exactly the same thing, connected to the CCN via Anarchie Pro
3.5) and:

230 User aa051 logged in.
PWD
257 "/var/csuite/csuite1.0/home/51/aa051" is current directory.
MACB E
500 'MACB E': command not understood.
TYPE A
200 Type set to A.
PORT 142,177,78,25,8,6
200 PORT command successful.

No problems. Note the PORT settings are quite different than yours
above. It seems like you have something wrong in your settings. I'm not
quite sure, however, what you should do to change this.
