This is a bug which occasionally happens to entries in the IPDB (I have no
idea why). The IPDB mistakenly believes that the IP is in the process of
being created whereas it actually already has been created. You'll note:
Status report as of 1999-07-02
created
1999-06-29
Whereas:
Select status to update: [no change]
The following field(s) can be updated at this time:
St Peter's Parish is being created. Fields cannot be updated at this
time.
These two are obviously inconsistent and the IPDB won't let you make any
changes in the process of IP creation.
Someone from CCN-TECH needs to go into the IPDB and fix this entry
(ip-1560) otherwise no further changes can be made. Michael or David P. or
David M.: can one of you make the necessary repairs? Thanks!

I checked all the other IP's that you are a member of and didn't find this
situation with any other IPDB entry. If you run across this with another
IPDB entry let us and ccn-tech know since it requires manual intervention
to repair.
