You account has long ago elapsed. On the CCN accounts must be re-newed on
an annual basis or else they expire. You'll have to re-register. Telnet to
chebucto.ns.ca, login as 'guest' and follow the menus to get your own
account.

For full information on how to become an Information Provider. Send in an
on-line IP Application and go from there: the process is self-explanatory.
