I don't see any problem with this. We will just create an IP like any
other, however, there won't be any necessity of creating a website. Fill
out an on-line IP Application by going to:

   Linkname: Information Providers' Support Site
        URL: file://localhost/csuite/info/Services/IPsupport/index.html

Then send in a signed IP Agreement and we'll take it from there.

You should thoroughly familiarize yourself with:

   Linkname: Manage Mailing Lists
        URL: file://localhost/csuite/info/Help/MailList/MjDOwner.html

Let us know if you would like the list to be open/closed, public/private,
moderated/not (via restricted post). We can then configure the list
appropriately.
