Important Changes to CCN Contact Information

As of July 2021 the CCN office is no longer located in the Chase building on the Dalhousie University campus and no longer has any relationship with Dalhousie University's Department of Mathematics and Statistics.

Please do not attempt to contact the Department of Mathematics and Statistics in order to try and get in touch with CCN, they will not able to assist you with CCN issues and cannot forward your communication to us.

Please note that the official CCN office number has changed and the new number is given below.

CCN no longer has a physical office location but we are still able to be contacted by phone, email or snail mail.

  • For technical support or help with the Chebucto Plus service , please send an email detailing the problem to userhelp at chebucto.ns.ca. Please try and be as specific as you can; what your Operating System is (Windows 10 Home Edition, macOS 10.12.3 Sierra, etc.), what program you were using and the exact text of any error messages.   • To send us a notice for an upcoming activity or event that you would like posted on our Upcoming Events page, please send it as TEXT ONLY (NO .doc, .pdf or other attachments) to
    ch1 at chebucto.ns.ca and we will post it for you.

  • To report a problem with a Chebucto user, please send an email to abuse at chebucto.ns.ca. If the report is about a Chebucto user spamming (sending unsolicited commercial email), or otherwise using our services to send messages in violation of our User Agreement you must include the message with its full headers intact.
