Another fun idea would be to have the email include an ITEM ID, so that
they could simply reply to the email if they wished the package to be
installed. The email address on the system would be set up to pipe any
mail it recieves to a script that looks for an ID in a certain format
(discards any non-matching mail) and then checks that ID against it's
database of pending updates. If it matches a pending update, it goes ahead
with the update, mailing the sysadmin if there are any problems.

If we ever do go this route on CSuite, I'd like to work on this.
