Well, I can at least offer one suggestion for number 2:

Be sure that in the IP area there is a file with a name that CSuite 
expects to find there.  In other words, if you have told CSuite 
during the IP registration process that the file name it should look 
for is index.html, it will ignore one called index.htm  (Believe me, 
we have run into this one in Victoria!)
