You're safe to download the files from 1.0-fixes to the distribution directory as you've done, but you'll also need to unpack cs-rh50-1.tar.gz into that directory: tar xvzf cs-rh50-1.tar.gz Also, note that many important third party packages from 1.0 will not compile with Red Hat 6.x because of a few annoying database library header file changes. CSuite 1.1 corrects this by using updated third party packages, and will be released soon.
