Hi folks. I had an interesting experience today. A user (a long-time friend) called me this afternoon, quite irritated because his account on cobequidnet had apparently been cancelled. I hadn't been notified of any expiries, and he reported that he hadn't been made aware that a renewal was due, so I was a bit surprised, at this turn of events, to say the least. Now... I logged in as csuite administrator and renewed his account by signature... then I ran /var/csuite/cronbin/passwd-batch, but no luck... so I logged in again as csuite admin and this time registered a 20.00 payment... and again ran passwd-batch... still no luck. What do I have to do go get my user back in the saddle? //Don
