     I don't know Zmailer at all and I replaced it with sendmail on my
systems, so I can't really help you much.  However, if you have a copy
of the errant piece of e-mail, I may be able to determine what caused
Zmailer to blow up and who the guilty party is.

     Ick.  Try find queue -type f -print | xargs grep "iam.aven-owner@l"

} to grep through the oldest routed files first. That's all I can think of

     Yes, there are a number of known problems with the version of
Zmailer that is shipped with CSuite, not to mention the complete lack
of spam protection, so it really must be upgraded, but I think that's
a topic for a different thread...
