Our solution on Solaris seemed to come from a combination of 1) getting a suitable getty that actually hung up when a session ended and 2) getting CSuite $CS_ROOT/tq/idled running on the new operating system We set idled to a 10 minute idle and with it running we haven't been bothered with hangaround/runaway processes. The idle timer is a pain sometimes but.... keep typing! ;-)
