When using lynx's newspost, (via the "news:" href) it is possible for a user to alter the "from" address thereby allowing anonymous postings. We do not permit this. I would dissallow lynx newsposting all together and just use pine, but our site has always had direct links to our most popular local discussion forums on our menus and we don't want to have to change that. I've looked through /var/csuite/src/bin/lynx/userdefs.h and /var/csuite/etc/lynx.cfg and can find no reference to 'fixing' the "from:" field.
