Index of Subjects Hi all, I went into the source on csuite and set the makefile variable DEBUG to nothing for the major systems. This includes removing the -g flag for compiling in the symbols. Major systems in this case are Linux, SunOS and Solaris (both the normal and GNU makefiles). When I have a bit more time (ie not at work :) I will change the other makefiles as well. While I have your attention, I must apologize for not being around much to do pine maintenance. I was asked by Carrie a little while ago to take it from her and then got hit at work. Hopefully I will have more time with the season here to get a few of the more annoying bugs out, so please direct all pine inquiries to me instead of her. Yours apologetically, Sean On Fri, Dec 12, 1997 at 09:29:19AM -0400, David Trueman wrote: > > There is a DEBUG variable in the pine Makefile's that needs to be turned > off before distribution -- since I question the utility of having this > turned at all, I suggest turning it off immediately. > > > On Fri, 12 Dec 1997, David Murdoch wrote: > > > The last install on dev had, for user csuite, created 4 .pine-debug files. > > They are in dev:~ccntech/pine-debug/csuite.
