Try these steps:
cp src-lib-lq-text.tar.gz $CS_ROOT/src

# Move the old tree out of the way
mv $CS_ROOT/src/lib/lq-text $CS_ROOT/src/lib/lq-text-orig

gzip -cd src-lib-lq-text.tar.gz | tar xpf -
cd lib/lq-text

$CS_ROOT/lib/mksub config.dir/csuite/linux/Makefile-csuite \
config.dir/csuite/linux/Makefile

export lqtext=linux
export PATH=$PATH:/var/csuite/lib
make install-csuite

Please let me know how it goes.
