This is because of line 1013 in install2.c I think:
rc = copyFile("/tmp/rhimage/RedHat/instimage/root/csuite.sh", "/mnt/root/csuite.sh");

Obviously, the "copyFile" function does not preserve permissions.  I'm not sure how to fix 
it, but at least we have the location and problem recorded.  Fortunately, it's not a 
serious bug.
