The format is straight ASCII.  It's only viewed once through lynx, so making it an HTML 
document would be useless.

Unfortunately, that's not really an option this time.  But once the translation is done, I 
can go and insert / remove linefeeds to clean it up.  I wouldn't worry about it right now.
