James, this line will be in all untranslated files and says "This document
is being translated".  However, I was under the impression, too, that the
doc-status did not work. I think I don't understand clearly what kind of
information the "doc-status" script is going to generate. If it is only to
say "Come back later", is is really necessary? Or is it a place from where
people will dowload/save to disk, the translated documents? Maybe David
Trueman would have a better answer. He explained to me the intent of this
script a few weeks ago, but obviously, I did not catch it properly.
