I cannot reproduce this being sent to stdout, but the output goes to 
/tmp/$USER/debug.shell

The reason is this line in CS_ROOT/bin/lpansi:

>## lpansi - send a file to the attached printer
 
>CS_ROOT=/csuite
>. $CS_ROOT/lib/cs-shlib
>read_vars

This has been changed to 

>CS_ROOT=@@@CS_ROOT@@@
>. $CS_ROOT/lib/cs-shlib
>read_vars

in both the dist and on landon.
