When I logged on today and opened mail I got an error saying unparsable date format. It didn't seem to be affecting me at all though other than it kept beeping at me for awhile. When I quit pine to do something (planning on returning in a moment) it was fine. When I reopened pine I got a message: [inbox (file /usr/spool/mail/ac213) is not in valid mailbox format] and now I can't open my inbox! I've got easily another 50 messages that I can't read now! Help! I've sent this to csuite-tech too in case it needs to be fixed in the distribution too. Update!: I'm now writing this message from a mailto link that I created in another window as my original bug report hung when I tried to send it from inside pind. (it's hung on sending mail 0%)
