As far as my out-of-date eye can see: jumps.html gets installed during "make install-csuite" under lynx. jumps.html.fr gets installed during "make install-fr" under lynx. As far as I can tell, "cs_install jumps.html.fr" from above make does not install jumps.html.fr into $CS_ROOT/info, but puts it into the current directory (or the lynx makefile directory) instead.
