There is a csuite initialization script which should be run on system startup and shutdown. It is currently in csuite:~landon/rc.csuite. My current plan is to have this file installed into $CS_ROOT/etc and document in build.html that it should be installed into the appropriate directory (and document what the appropriate directories are on different systems). I will go ahead with this plan if there are no objections.
