cs-shlib puts out a footer that depends on the first argument given to cs_html_foot -- all the registration pages give an arg. of "registration" and most of the office scripts give an arg. of "office". Standard buttons would be apppended when no arg. was given and we could add "none" to ensure that no buttons are shown. However, it probably is too late to do this right now. We'll get our stable CD first than consider it.
