We are close enough to finalizing the content of the CD that we cannot
afford to break anything unexpectedly. So, until further notice,
all changes, no matter how trivial, must be reported to this list.
If it is not a bug fix, then the Subject: should contain "REPORT"
Heaven help anyone who changes something and does not report it!!
