Perhaps it isn't as important as it was once thought to be, but the
install disk is now fully functional.

Red Hat and CSuite can now be installed off an NFS disk partition or a CD
(assuming we can get one burned).  By selecting the "Chebucto Suite
Server" option in the Red Hat install, the necessary packages to run
CSuite are automatically selected.  When finished the Red Hat install, the
system is rebooted and a welcome screen is presented which asks whether
shadow passwords are to be installed and then whether CSuite is to be
installed.  If the answer to the latter is yes, then csbuild is run.

I have followed this procedure successfully, including the CSuite build.
I'd be happy to give a demonstration, if one is required.
