Also, is it the intention to just use these page bottom links as the exit

this information for thirty (30) days only.
You indicated you would send in a cheque
Please write your TVCSDS Login ID on the back of your cheque. If the
cheque is for a family membership, write their TVCSDS Login IDs on the
back as well. Include the cheque when you send in your TVCSDS User
Agreement. Thank you for your support.
Please send your signed TVCSDS User Agreement and any additional
documentation to the address on the User Agreement Acknowledgement.
