One of the problems I had at WWHCN was the "T" sticky bit. It prevented
zmailer from retrieving the list owner when majordomo was trying to
'resend' to the list.
Resetting the privileges to -rw-rw-r-- fixed that problem.
An edit was required to 'mkmdml' and 'updmdml' to ensure the premissions
were maintained properly.
