CS_ROOT /var/csuite
In Banking Audit when /var/csuite/private/log/bank/money has entries
logged, submitting audit entries does not give expect results.
For example, submit identifier joseph amount 50.00 gives

and
cheques/money orders processed
nothing
(this is cgi-officebin/audit)
The only thing that changes in /var/csuite/private tree is
-rw------- 1 root root 0 Mar 19 09:45 pw.30414
-rw------- 1 root root 0 Mar 19 09:30 pw.30037
-rw------- 1 root root 0 Mar 19 09:15 pw.29854
-rw------- 1 root root 0 Mar 19 08:00 pw.22577
etc etc ( should these be rotated?)
In /var/csuite/log there is no indication of a banking problem.
Debugging is not happening.
