Several problems included here from registration on soltst. Please indicate
if they have been fixed on soltst or if a new install is necessary and 
when that can begin.

1.
The bottom rows of links on each of the registration pages are not present
on most of the form pages except the first
   If you are ready, Submit Online Account Registration Form
   To start again: Clear the Form

For example, this page User Agreement Acknowledgement (p1 of 2) has just 
one link at the bottom called "Finish the Registration"

   YOU MUST include a photocopy of ID with your signature or a personal
   cheque to confirm your identity for your account to be activated.
   Issuance of a User Login I.D. will constitute acceptance of this
  Signed User Agreements should be mailed to:

   After you have printed the above form,

   The STN Login ID aa002 has been reserved for you. We will retain this
   information for thirty (30) days only.

You indicated you would send in a cheque

   Please write your STN Login ID on the back of your cheque. If the
   cheque is for a family membership, write their STN Login IDs on the
   back as well. Include the cheque when you send in your STN User
   Agreement. Thank you for your support.

   Please send your signed STN User Agreement and any additional
   documentation to the address on the User Agreement Acknowledgement.

3. Should there be more options on the membership page?
