It was as if cronbin/dirs had not run -- I ran it manually and the
appropriate lines should show up now.  I turned on testing in csuite-cron
and cronbin/dirs to see if we can track this down.

I added some quotes -- hopefully fixed.

Spurious output -- fixed.
