I have got mail essages that tare sent out by send-mem-mail committted
into CVS under info/Local/mailmessages and vars-sfx has been changed
accordingly. send-mem-mail has been changed tto properly substitute
for AMOUNT and FEES (a list of membership fees from MEBERSHIP_FEE_FILE).
mkdef has been changed tot properly handle multit-line variables
like MAILING_ADDRESS -- this should be tetsted on the nex tinsall.
I invented a new variable MAILING_ADDRESS_TEXT which is hte multi-line
version while MAILING_ADDRESS is the HTML version with <br>'s in it.
