Retry? (y/n) This is unusual, in that this message has not appeared *before* the login and password have been entered. Usually, the Secure Bin login: prompt, and if the incorrect login/password then you'd see WWW: Authorization failed. Retry? (y/n) If you say yes then csuite and password do not allow access anyway. -- David Murdoch
