The error message comes from 'mkmdml'.
It is probably coming from 'CS_ROOT/lib/domkip' calling
$CS_ROOT/admin-bin/mkmdml -a -o $owner $ipmlpriv
after building the 'ml-priv' mailing list specification.
For the life of me, I can't remember how 'ipmaint' calls 'domkip'
And 'domkip' should send subscribe message mail mail to majordomo from
REMOTE_USER or REMOTE_IDENT instead of 'macneil'.
