It looks like it is in the src but not installed in the current dist frugal:~$ locate MakeNote.html /csuite/src/info/adm/MakeNote.html On duncan, which has 5.0 as well, it was installed. lynx http://duncan/adm/MakeNote.html works after entering access codes.
