This is a note for me as much as anything. Between the time when an account is activated and actually goes through the batch password processing, looking up that user with http://localhost/adm/member/AcctProcessing.html returns "Lookup User by Name Report" and nothing else. In the future this should give a useful message like "this account is being processed".
