Once the IP is created with at least one user account in it, you should
be able to login to that account and I)nstall into that IP area.
The IP should also show up on the i shortcut list and the installed document
should show up in "go recent". Having accessed the document, it should
show up in "urlstats" the next day.
The IP user should also be able to spellcheck a document and htmlcheck it.
