The latest version of CSuite is 1.1 which is being beta tested and
will be available shortly.

Do you think that your technical support people have the expertise to
perform the Redhat install themselves? That would be a better option.

Once you have installed Redhat and have the system network configured,
then we would be able to access remotely to help with the CSuite
upgrade.
