Hi All, I was looking at that very subject yesterday, and came up with some useful links. Try http://www.jazzie.com/ii/faqs/archive/mail/filtering-faq/ for the low down on how to do it. No, Pine does not do filtering itself. You need something like procmail, which redirects the mail _before_ it goes into your mailbox. Options are to silently delete, acknowledge, split the mailstream, forward to abuse<careful with this one :->, whatever you would like to program. Somebody has put up a web page with lots of examples at Concordia U, if memory serves me. If you choose to split the mailstream, then Pine can support multiple mailboxes. The pine pages as well at http://www.washington.edu/pine/ are useful. We'll put this back on the CSuite Workshop agenda for an update.
