Index of Subjects >from http:/csuite.chebucto.ns.ca/francais/ >Is that the same as http://reseau.chebucto.ns.ca/ ? (perhaps a VCN?) I was asking myself the same question last night. I was under the impression the latest french files were installed in "reseau.chebucto.ns.ca". I have not been in the first directory you mention for a while. >***** >link: Riseau communautaire Chebucto </francais/Chebucto/AboutCFN.html> > ???????? >(CFN is old, should be either CCN or Rcc in this context) I have translated a file called AboutCCN.html too (slightly different from the AboutCFN.html I think). There is one in english with this name as well. We agreed that the french files should retain the same names as the english ones. It is probably easier to determine which is which. I am aware that some of the files I translated should have been edited before I started, but somewhere I had to go ahead with the translations... >Points d'intirjt <news:cfn.hot-topics> the same complaint There is also the problem of naming "point d'interet" a newsgroup which actual name is hot-topic. Should we create a <news:cfn.interet> newsgroup? Same remark for the mailing lists: if a french user were to post in french in the lists, who would reply? :-) >The recent icon, and the contacts icon need french versions (in the >button bar) Actually, "contacts" remains the same and "recent" needed only an acute accent on the "e"). I wish it were all that easy ;-) _____________________________ Robert Andre Cormier, CT/TA Reseau communautaire Chebucto http://reseau.chebucto.ns.ca
